Maersk has more than 700 vessels

Danish shipping company Maersk collided with the Singapore-flagged container ship Tali early Tuesday at Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge, Maersk told CNN.
Daly can carry 10,000 20-foot shipping containers and operates on a route between Baltimore and Asia as part of a partnership between Maersk and MSC, according to Xeneta shipping market analyst Emily Stasbol.
Maersk is one of the world's largest container shipping companies, moving everything from clothing and car parts to electronics and heavy machinery on more than 700 ships worldwide.
The carrier serves more than 100,000 businesses and calls at more than 500 ports in more than 130 countries, according to its website. It moves more than 12 million containers every year.
Maersk was one of the container shipping companies that suspended traffic Red Sea and Suez Canal As Iran-backed Houthi rebels continue to attack ships, including its ships.
It posted a record annual profit in 2022, driven by higher shipping rates and strong demand for goods, particularly in the first half of the year.
But it was abandoned 10,000 workers last year Revenues fell sharply due to slumping demand and falling commodity prices.
